Can I customize the User Interface?
Yes. The SDK has its own screens which can be configured for your brand. All other screens, features and functionalities in your application can be managed by your teams as you like.
Do I need to get a delta security evaluation?
No Felix’s SDK covers all the card scheme requirements to Tap to Phone / Soft POS solutions. This removes the need for your organization to go through additional security evaluations after implementing the SDK.
What payment processors are supported out of the box?
Felix’s SDK works in conjunction with Felix’s back-end platform which is connected and certified with a growing list of acquirers, including Chase, Elavon, TSYS, Heartland and North American Bancard. You can see our certification page for more details.
Can I send my transactions to my gateway?
Yes, as part our service, Felix can integrate our platform to your payment gateway and your gateway can communicate to the processor host. All transactions are handled as card present EMV.
